REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

Services Included in the Fee for Registration

• Entrance to the convention center for 3 days
• Domestic and imported drinks from all bars of the hotel between 9 am and 6 pm.
• 3 lunches as indicated in the program
• Congress documents, bag, program and abstracts book, name tag, certificate of participation
• 18% VAT will be included in the prices indicated above.
• Participants, who apply for society membership until June 1, 2018, will be able to enjoy discounted registration. • Participants, who do not pay the 2018 membership fee until June 1, 2018 will not be able to enjoy discounted registration.

Services included in the accommodation package:

• Breakfast, lunch, coffee break including cookies 2 times a day, dinner, domestic drinks at lunches and dinners, unlimited domestic drinks and beverages at the lobby bar between 9 am and 12 pm and tea/coffee.
• 4 nights' fee must be paid for accommodations less than 4 nights.
• Accommodation fees indicated above are all-inclusive and 8% VAT will be included.

Cancellation Policies for Hotel Accommodation

• Cancellations made before March 15, 2019 are subject to full refund, except for bank transfer charges.
• Cancellations made after March 15, 2019 are non-refundable.
• Only name changes will accepted after March 15, 2019.
• All refunds will be executed after the congress.
